We help with all the thinking and planning, we can help with the implementation and communication if you need us to. We help your leaders build the capabiltiy they need to support and drive change.

We also tackle this from the individual side. We coach people who want to develop new skills or ways of dealing with people. We also coach those who feel they need to do something different, whether that’s in their current field or in a new endeavour.

Megan Tough

Megan Tough is the Sydney based director of Complete Potential. She has worked and managed all around Australia in the areas of general management, operations, HR, professional development, leadership, culture and change management.

Megan has a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), an MBA and degree in coaching.
